Your account
Sign in
An account keeps your cards, studied pages, checks, tasks and seminar notes in sync across your devices. You don't need one: everything on the site works without signing in, and your progress stays in this browser.
This browser has progress from a different account
If someone else used this browser, start fresh: their progress stays out of your account. If it is yours from another account, you can add it.
Starting fresh removes that progress from this browser and loads yours. If it matters, download it first.
Signed in as
Signing out keeps the progress already in this browser; it just stops syncing.

What is stored
- Your username, and a salted hash of your password (never the password itself).
- Your study progress: the same cards, studied pages, checks, tasks and seminar notes your browser keeps.
- A sign-in cookie, valid for 30 days on each device. No email address, no tracking, no advertising.
- To slow down password guessing: for each sign-in attempt, a keyed hash of the username and network address, kept for at most a day. The address itself is never stored.
Deleting your account removes all of it (the sign-in attempt hashes expire on their own within a day). You can also download your progress as a file at any time.
